Terms of Service

These terms describe the agreement between you and MirrorMind. We have kept them short and readable on purpose — using MirrorMind means you accept them.

Last updated: August 2026

Eligibility and age

You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your country to use an online service of this kind and to agree to these terms. If you are under that age, please do not create an account. Where local law requires parental consent, you must have it before using MirrorMind.

Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your password private and your account secure.
  • Use a strong, unique password, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • Please give honest answers in your assessment — the quality of your report depends entirely on them.

What your reports are — and are not

MirrorMind reports are AI-generated reflections written for personal growth and self-understanding. They are interpretations of the answers you provided, not measurements of who you are.

MirrorMind does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, therapeutic or legal advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nothing in a report should be used as a substitute for a qualified professional. If you are in distress or need support, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.

The service will change

MirrorMind is actively developed. Questions, report structures, AI models and features may be improved, added or retired over time. We will keep the core experience — your assessment, your report and your history — intact, and we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.

A free service

  • MirrorMind is free to use. Your full report, monthly reassessments and progress comparisons are included for every account.
  • We do not charge for access, and we never ask you for payment or card details.
  • There is no plan to subscribe to, renew or cancel.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access another person's account or data.
  • Do not disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service.
  • Do not resell, republish or present MirrorMind reports as professional assessments.
  • Do not use MirrorMind to evaluate, screen or make decisions about other people.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or closed.

Your content

Your answers and reports remain yours. You grant MirrorMind only the permission needed to store them and to generate, display and compare your reports. You can download or delete everything at any time from Settings.

Limitation of liability

MirrorMind is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MirrorMind is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on a report. Because MirrorMind is provided free of charge, liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory local consumer law.

Ending your use

You may stop using MirrorMind at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we are required to do so by law.
