Privacy Policy

We keep the smallest amount of information needed to give you a useful report.

• Account details: your full name, email address and, if you add one, a profile photo.
• Optional profile details: age range, gender (including “prefer not to say”), country, preferred language and time zone.
• Assessment answers: the responses you choose for each question in an assessment.
• Generated reports: the AI-written report and progress comparisons created from your answers.
• App preferences: notification choices and your light/dark appearance setting.

• To create your personalized report — this is impossible without your answers.
• To let you sign in securely and return to your own history.
• To compare assessments over time so monthly progress is meaningful.
• To send only the notifications you have chosen to receive.

We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not use your answers to target you with marketing.

• Your records are stored in a managed database with row-level security rules, so each account can only read and write its own rows.
• Traffic between your device and MirrorMind is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
• Stored data is encrypted at rest by our hosting provider.
• Profile photos live in a private storage area that is only readable through short-lived links generated for you.
• Passwords are never stored in readable form — authentication is handled by our managed authentication provider.

No online service can promise perfect security. We describe the controls we have enabled, not a guarantee, and this page is not an independent security certification.

When you finish an assessment, your answers — together with the optional profile details you provided — are sent to an AI language model that writes your report. The model receives your responses to produce that text and nothing else; we do not send your name, email address for this purpose.

Reports are generated fresh for each person, which is why two people who answer differently receive genuinely different reports. Your report is a reflection based on what you told us, not a diagnosis or a statement of fact about who you are.

MirrorMind does not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not share your assessment answers or reports with advertisers or data brokers. We share data only with the service providers required to run MirrorMind — hosting, database and authentication and AI report generation — and only to the extent each one needs.

Your assessments and reports stay available for as long as your account exists, because your history is what makes monthly progress possible. You can remove everything at any time by deleting your account.

• Download your data: Settings → Privacy → Download My Data gives you a complete file of everything we hold.
• Correct your details: update your name, photo, language and time zone from your profile at any time.
• Delete your account: Settings → Account → Delete account permanently erases your profile, assessments, reports, preferences and stored data.
• Control notifications: turn each type of message on or off in Settings.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you would prefer we handle a request manually, contact us and we will help.

MirrorMind is intended for adults and for anyone who meets the minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect information from users below that age.
